FVF (Fachini, Valentini e Ferraris Advogados) is a boutique law firm exclusively focused on White Collar Crimes and Common Criminal Charges.

We believe that joint decision-making – arising from the trust placed in the firm – allied to the active participation of at least two partners in the case conduction and management, creates a collective thinking that enhances the best strategy definition and solid work construction.

Founded in 2019, FVF is the result of the union of knowledge and experience of its three founding partners – who have already integrated the main criminal law firms in the country – after monitoring the society’s evolution regarding the new models of doing business and the more engaged development of economic activities, with the growing presence of issues involving Criminal Law in the daily lives of companies and individuals, as well as the increase in inspections, investigations and regulations of the various economic sectors.
